Tasks of a Success Manager

Tasks of a Success Manager

You will serve as the primary contact for first-level support, assisting customers with technical issues and application inquiries related to our software solutions, either by phone or via web meetings.

For more complex queries, you will collaborate closely with second-level support to ensure customers receive effective solutions.

You will proactively reach out to trading partners when existing customers are inactive.

You will address customer complaints and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you will evaluate customer inquiries for opportunities to improve our products and transfer relevant tickets to the product department.

You will actively contribute to product development by analyzing market trends and gathering customer feedback.
